PBR Stratified Club Tech

Mesh PBR dance club with a high tech theme. Stratified, multi-layer walkways and dance social areas included. Also has two extra rooms you can use for whatever. The openings are also compatible with the FYI club hallways so you can build your own unique club system by adding hallways.

A large walkway leads from the main dance floor to two larger platforms, as well as the two extra large general purpose rooms.

Lighting color and strength can be customized with the included FYI Light HUD (or in world build tools). You can also add and remove lights to adjust your lighting to your tastes.

The first floor is a large dance area, with a walkway leading up to two other platforms and entrances to the additional rooms.

Interior space is roughly 53x32m at only 220 land impact.

This build heavily takes advantage of PBR materials which react to light and your camera movement. It does include legacy fallback textures for people without non-PBR viewers, but it heavily relies on PBR to look the best.
