PBR Sewer Bunker Room 38x50 B

Not only is this military bunker, sewer, underground room, it features several different layers. It's designed to hold a lot of people.

There's a main area with several smaller metalwork platforms for people to walk through. The platforms eventually lead into an office type area. There's also a stairway into the basement. The platform and floors both take advantage of PBR and the latest SL tech to give you shadows and floors that cast shadows through the metalwork where appropriate.

It's roughly a 38x50m footprint at 541 land impact.

All the lights as scripted and work with the FYI HUD, so you can change the strength and colors of lights. You can also add in world lights to change the brightness and color of the build to fit the atmosphere you are looking for.

Legacy fallback textures are included for people who do not have PBR enabled viewers.

Included is a version to work with the #FYISewerSystem, so you can link rooms together and create your own unique build by using FYI Sewer Tunnel kits. Or you can use the included Skybox version by itself. Designed for flexibility as a club, role play, or home.
