PBR Stratified Club Marble

Mesh PBR dance club with marble theme. Stratified, multi-layer walkways and dance social areas included. Also has two extra rooms you can use for whatever. The openings are also compatible with the FYI club hallways so you can build your own unique club system by adding hallways.

Lighting color and strength can be customized with the included FYI Light HUD (or in world build tools). You can also add and remove lights to adjust your lighting to your tastes.

The first floor is a large dance area, with a walkway leading up to two other platforms and entrances to the additional rooms.

Interior space is roughly 53x32m at only 220 land impact.
