Neon light fancy dance club or bar. PBR with legacy fallback textures for people who don't have PBR viewers. You can edit the neon lights with the included [FYI] Light HUD, or you can just use the build tools.
The interior space is approximately 31x38m at 219 land impact. There's an entry stairway to serve as a landing point, a dance area, 4 dance platforms for entertainment, and 3 bays for you to place what you want. There's a platform that basically surrounds the dance floor, with stairs leading up to it.
Includes a basic white neon version to be easier to edit, and a pink/teal 80s style one as well, but you can change the lighting and color to anything you want.
Reflection probes and lighting have already been set up. With PBR, you can easily add your own stuff and the lighting will still look good.
