An old abandoned warehouse. The concrete is old and the walls are stained from the roof leaking. There is graffiti all over the place. It is an old industrial building that belongs in a ghetto or a dystopian looking area
The building has a faint moldy smell. It's in really rough shape.
Measures 26.2m x 16.6m, but can be resized how you like.
Features a loading dock that at one time had trucks unloading goods for people who used to live in this part of town, but now it's desolate and decrepit, ruined by neglect and time.
Only 23 prims, with baked textures, shadows, and graffiti.
This is a general purpose building, you can use it for a store, house, or whatever!
